Hello Evryone!!!
How's your Chinese New Year 2010 Holiday?...I hope it was fine...
I want to share my experience on the holiday recently. On the 12 of February, I
went to the Malacca town to meet my friends from Pahang University of Malaysia (UMP).They want to spend their holidays here for two days. I stayed with them in a cheap hotel here in the town. They went for a sight-seeing. This is the first time they went to Malacca. Because I am studying in Malacca, I became their photographer aka their tou guide. They took a lot of pictures and shops a lot. On the next Monday, I followed them went back to UMP. They have a plan for the next day that is going to Cameroon Highlands.

On Tuesday, 16 of February, three cars with 15 people left UMP at 9 am. We plan to leave at 6 o'clock in the morning. But due to some technical problem, we left quite late from the actual plan. After traveling for 7 hours and half, we reach Cameron Highlands safely. We were there for three days and two nights. We are enjoying ourself, went for a sight seeing especially the nice view of it, the tea garden and a lots more and have a lot of stories together. We took a lot of pictures. All of us came from Borneo (Sabah & Sarawak). That's why we are enjoying every moments that we have there. For me, It's hard for me too see them again because there were studying in Kuantan, Pahang, meanwhile I am in Alor Gajah.
For me, its a great experience. The next semester holiday we were planning for Pulau Redang. This is some of the pictures that we took in Melaka Town and Cameron Highlands. We took almost 2000 pictures during that vacation.

The Importance of English...

Hello Everyone... this is the forth post in this blog. Sorry for late posting because the same problem came again... the internet connection is too slow.

The title given by Mr. Norazmi is " The Importance of English". So, lets discuss this topic together.

A fools language. This word always come to us when we need to learn English. Why we need to learn English? It's a pathetic language if you want me to be honest. Plus the tense that we need to learn, it makes us tension. But, we learn this language because it have many importance. Not only in the future, but also now while we are still studying.

As we know, English is use in the whole world as a lingual franc, but why we use English?? not Japanese or Chinese,or other language.??
English is more easier to understand actually. English is use as a language for business because all can understand it. Even tough some country didn't use English (because of their country policy), doesn't mean that they didn't know how to communicate in English. Thy use English when communicating with their client.

Many author are American and British, not only novels but academic books also written in English. Students are encourage to read in English because sometimes we need references in English books. Even instruction also written in English if you notice.

In industry, they never communicate in other language (except for Malaysian)
they tend to use English as a communication language so all can understand it easily. Not everyone understand Malay, Chinese even Tamil. That's why we use English.

As a conclusion, we need to sharpen our English, not only written, but also spoken English. The English people doesn't understand if we speak English like we speak Malay. As an example, "I've been eaten just now". It suppose to be I've eaten or I have already eat just now.

Thanks..

new year celebration

Once upon a time, my family and I went to the new year celebration at Melaka city. Actually, I don't want celebrate it because I think it does not important. But after my brother gives some speech to me, I realize that it's not bad to celebrate it.Because, when new year was coming, it's important to us to make a new resolution and try harder to get it.
The celebration was held at Dataran Pahlawan at the middle of melaka city. when my family and I arrived at the location, the first thing that I saw is a lot of people was coming to celebrate the new year. Besides that, I also felt sad because many people now likes to waste time by came to the social activity like this. It does not wrong to celebrate new year, but it's must be under controlled, and not to be extremelly.if you can think, that is more good if number of people come to the mosque is many like people come to the activity like this.
the celebration was started by sing from famous singer in Malaysia, Anuar zain. after that, a group of superbikes was came to make their show. That is a lot of activity was held, but i does not remember it. when the time was arrived, that is twelve o'clock, all of the people was shouting like a crazy people. The fire cracker was light up and give out beautifull colour in the sky. The celebration was continued untill morning. but I ask my family to go back early because it enough for that. I think it will become more worst if at there with more long time. But i will not forgot it because it is first time in my life to celebrate activity like this.

For me, I have some resolution that I need to reach in this new year. First I want to have a good CGPA compared to last semester. I'm not a bright student but I'm quite lazy when it comes to study. I dont want to be a lazy dumbass...
I also want to quit smoking. I'm not a heavy smoker actually. But better I stop it before it comes to wo worst.
Then I want to save some money for my own use later. Then for my family, I want to make them happy even I'm quite far away from them.
So, guys, share your resolutions with us then!!!

My New Year Celebration!!!

Good Morning Everyone!!!

Sorry because of our late posting in this blog. This is due of the internet connection at the boys hostel is down for one and a half week. So, how's your New Year 2010 celebration?? Hope it was happening and joyful with a thousand meanings.

In this post, I want to share my experience during the new year eve.

Before the clocks reach 12 o'clock in the midnight, my family and I went to a resort called Rasa Ria Resort, Tuaran. It's about 20 minutes drive from my house. We went there to see how the tourist celebrate their new year in our place. When we reach there, about 11.45 pm, we saw a lot of tourist and I think they were American based on the way they speak.. Maybe about 600 of them on the beach waiting for the new year. They sing a lot of song to welcome the new year. They also have a dance with their couple and seems they enjoyed each moment of it. Five minutes before the new year, they sang a song from a band called "Europe" if I didn't mistaken called "The Final Countdown".
Then, it's time for the countdown for the new year. They shout "5, 4, 3, 2, 1"!!! Then the fireworks began to lights up the sky... That's the first time I saw fireworks in a short distance. It was so beautiful... I wish I had bring my camera at that time and capture those fireworks in the sky.

I hug my parents and wish them happy new year. Then we all go home. Last year, there's a lot of memories for us. Some of it were good and some of them were bad memories. I know, each of us wishes for a good memoris this year, That's it. So, how about your experince guys? Share it with us...
